Ingredients:
- 1 brown rice tortilla
- ½ avocado
- 1 egg scrambled
- small handful of spinach
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil
- sea salt and pepper
Instruction:
- Warm tortilla in a toaster oven or on stovetop, smear the avocado and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper, add scrambled egg and spinach.
- Fold in half and enjoy!
