Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oats, old-fashioned
  • 1/3 cup milk, fat-free
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, fat-free, Greek-style, plain
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon nuts, almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • fresh or frozen

Instructions:

  1. In a pint-sized mason jar, place oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond extract. Place the top on the jar and shake until well combined.
  2. Remove the lid and stir in the almonds and raspberries.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for as long as 3 days. Serve chilled.
