Ingredients:

  • 2 whole wheat (6″) pita rounds
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin slices
  • 64 grams Polly O FAT FREE Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/8 c basil (about 8 fresh leaves cut into slices)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Slice tomato & basil, divide and set aside.
  3. Top Pitas with Ricotta Cheese (1/8 c on each pita round)
  4. Then Top with tomatoes and basil.
  5. Pop in the oven and cook until it’s to your liking!
