Pineapple Turmeric Replenishing Post-Workout Smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp grated fresh turmeric
¼ of a cucumber
¼ of a pineapple
1 Tbsp hemp hearts
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup coconut water
½ cup coconut milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy within 20 minutes post-workout.
