Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Makes 1 serving; 205 calories per serving

Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy milk (or other milk)
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1/2 sliced banana
1 sliced kiwi

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. If you’d like frozen smoothie, add ice and blend to desired consistency.
