Colon Cleanse Smoothie

Serves: 1
Preparation: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 head cabbage
1 lime, peeled
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup brewed senna tea

Directions:
Blend the ingredients plus 1 cup of water until smooth. Serve right away.

Tips:
It’s a good idea to chop your cabbage before blending it if you’re not using a high-speed blender.
Sometimes protein can cause constipation; it is very important to make sure the bowels move.
