Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Makes 1 serving; 358 calories per serving

Ingredients:

4 strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
3 oz. Peach Mango Soy Fruity and Creamy
1 cup Silk unsweetened soy milk
12 raw almonds
3 ice+cube+3/4+fl+oz ice cubes

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.

(Note: If you use frozen fruit, you can skip the ice cubes. Also, this smoothie is vegan, but feel free to substitute regular yogurt.)
