Ingredients:

  • 1 head of kale torn into large pieces
  • 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (or seasoning of your choice)
  • sea salt and pepper

Toss kale with grapeseed oil and season with curry powder and sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375º or until crispy. Careful not to burn.
