Ingredients:
- 2 McIntosh apples sliced
- Olive oil
- Coconut Sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Peel or leave the skin an apple (I prefer peeled).
- Just coat the pain lightly with olive oil and place the apples. Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon. You can use a sugar substitute or no sugar at all.
- Put your flame on low to medium and cover. The steam from the apples gives such wonderful aroma Simmer until the apples are slightly soft.
- Then just enjoy.
Note: It goes well with scrambled eggs also. If you have a sweet tooth, topped with vanilla ice cream on your apples.
