Ingredients:
- 2-1/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses unsulphured
- 2 tablespoons maca powder
- 2 teaspoons powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon powdered cloves
- pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Process on low-medium speed until the dough begins to fold in on itself.
- You may have to stop the food processor or blender once or twice, scrape down the sides, and process again.
- Using a tablespoon-size dough scoop, drop balls of dough on to a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle with a bit of extra shredded coconut for garnish, if desired.
- Place the treats in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
