Fresh Bean Stir Fry

1 tablespoon oil
2 cups green beans or snow peas (approximately 1/2 lb fresh produce)
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Vegetable Seasoning
1 cup (approximately 4 ounces) bean sprouts
soy sauce to taste


Heat oil on medium in a large skillet or wok. Toss green beans or peas in skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Add Vegetable Seasoning and bean sprouts to skillet. Stir fry, adding soy sauce to taste.

Chef Suggestions
Add diced crab, whole shrimp, tofu cubes, and/or additional vegetables. Serve over rice.
