Ingredients
- ¼ watermelon, one large vertical slice
- ¼ c greek yogurt or coconut cream
- 8-10 blueberries
- 6 raspberries
- 5 strawberries, halved
- 4-6 blackberries
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut
- optional: 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Cut a large piece of watermelon vertically, this will be the base of the ‘pizza’.
- Spread greek yogurt evenly across the watermelon. you can also add some honey to sweeten it up; or use whipped coconut cream instead of greek yogurt.
- Top with berries or fruit of your choice, sliced as needed.
- Add any additional toppings, like mint leaves, shredded coconut or grated chocolate.
- Cut into triangle-sized ‘pizza’ slices and enjoy!
