Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups torn baby romaine leaves
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Divide lettuce between plates or shallow bowls.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with dressing.
  3. Top with some red cabbage, salmon, onion, and crunchies. Drizzle with more dressing.
