Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups green beans or snow peas (approximately 1/2 lb fresh produce)
- 1 tablespoon Simply Organic Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 cup (approximately 4 ounces) bean sprouts
- soy sauce to taste
Directions:
- Heat oil on medium in a large skillet or wok.
- Toss green beans or peas in skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add Vegetable Seasoning and bean sprouts to skillet.
- Stir fry, adding soy sauce to taste.
Chef Suggestions
Add diced crab, whole shrimp, tofu cubes, and/or additional vegetables. Serve over rice.
