Ingredients:

  • 2 McIntosh apples sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Peel or leave the skin an apple (I prefer peeled).
  2. Just coat the pain lightly with olive oil and place the apples. Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon. You can use a sugar substitute or no sugar at all.
  3. Put your flame on low to medium and cover. The steam from the apples gives such wonderful aroma Simmer until the apples are slightly soft.
  4. Then just enjoy.

Note: It goes well with scrambled eggs also. If you have a sweet tooth, topped with vanilla ice cream on your apples.
