Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bibb lettuce
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sliced celery
  • 3 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted whole almonds, chopped
  • lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add lemon juice.
