INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix chocolate or vanilla
  • ¼ cup whole rolled oats
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp brewers yeast

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
