INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp natural or Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix chocolate or vanilla
- ¼ cup whole rolled oats
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp brewers yeast
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
