ONE ON ONE INNER SMILE HEALTH COACHING
It is essential to establish behavioral strategies to ensure success with any therapeutic lifestyle program. In both Individual Counseling and Group Classes,Dr.Stukes and her team guide clients through weight and health management programs.
During a consultation, Dr.Stukes will explore possible imbalances in many aspects of a person’s lifestyle in addition to diet, including sleep patterns, daily schedule, job, medications/supplements, medical records and exercise.
Initial Consultation – 60 to 90 Minutes
This in-depth assessment of your nutritional health includes a review of your Confidential Health History Form, current dietary habits, nutrition knowledge, medical records and lab work. From there, you will receive a personalized plan and guidelines based upon your ONE ON ONE HEALTH PROGRAM, your goals and need for accountability and/or education. Your health coach will review your health assessment results, and this will lead to a better understanding of your wellness goals
Follow-up Sessions – 30 Minutes
During counseling sessions, you will receive continued education on various nutritional and wellness topics, accountability tactics depending on your needs and goals, and a review of your progress. You will learn how to improve energy levels, improve athletic performance, create a more positive and loving relationship with your body, and establish a healthy and peaceful relationship with food.

Individual, Family and Group Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling
Begin with an initial consultation. From there, recommendations will be made based upon your goals and need for accountability and/or education. A four, eight or twelve session program is available to meet your individual needs.
