Aloe Recipe, This is How It’s Done

This aloe vera juice recipe is one that is very high in anti-oxidants, beta carotene,vitamins as well as many essential nutrients that are excellent for your life. Cranberries are rich in antioxidants and quinine which is helpful to those with arthritis. Apples are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, vitamin K and Folate. We also have carrots – full of beta-Carotene and many important vitamins. Lastly, pears do promote cardiovascular and colon health while copper amount in pears can aid in the production of white blood cells.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of Cranberry juice (can be off-the-shelf pure juice or fresh fruits)
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Pears
  • Aloe Vera Gel (1 table spoon) Juice all the ingredients and drink it within half an hour for freshness.
