Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups green beans or snow peas (approximately 1/2 lb fresh produce)
  • 1 tablespoon Simply Organic Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 cup (approximately 4 ounces) bean sprouts
  • soy sauce to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oil on medium in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Toss green beans or peas in skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add Vegetable Seasoning and bean sprouts to skillet.
  4. Stir fry, adding soy sauce to taste.

Chef Suggestions

Add diced crab, whole shrimp, tofu cubes, and/or additional vegetables. Serve over rice.
